1. Introduction
These terms of service govern your use of the MIDAS Watch Straps website at midasstraps.com and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
MIDAS Watch Straps is an independent manufacturer of premium rubber straps compatible with the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore. We are not affiliated with Audemars Piguet Holding SA or any other watch manufacturer. All brand names and model references are used solely for compatibility purposes.
2. About MIDAS
MIDAS Watch Straps is a UK based independent business. We design and manufacture premium aftermarket AP rubber straps exclusively for the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore family. We have been trusted by collectors worldwide since 2019.

3. Products
All MIDAS Royal Oak Offshore replacement straps are aftermarket products manufactured independently by MIDAS. They are not official Audemars Piguet products and are not sold or endorsed by Audemars Piguet Holding SA.
We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website including colours, dimensions and compatibility information. However colours may appear slightly differently on different screens and devices. If you are unsure about compatibility with your specific watch model, please contact us before purchasing.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or colour at any time without notice.
4. Pricing
All prices on midasstraps.com are displayed in British pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable for UK customers. International customers are not charged import duty or taxes on MIDAS orders — please see our Shipping and Duty Policy for full details.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
5. Orders
By placing an order on midasstraps.com you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the stated price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Once an order has been placed and payment processed, we will aim to dispatch within one to two working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Payment
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. MIDAS does not store your full card details at any point.
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide from our UK office. Full details of our shipping services, delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping and Duty Policy page. We aim to dispatch all orders within one to two working days of payment being received.
MIDAS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch.
8. Returns and exchanges
We offer a 14 day returns policy on all MIDAS products. Full details of our returns process, conditions and how to initiate a return are set out on our Returns and Exchanges page. Products must be returned in their original unused condition with original packaging.
9. Lifetime warranty
Every MIDAS Royal Oak Offshore replacement strap comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. Full details of what is covered, what is excluded and how to make a warranty claim are set out on our Lifetime Warranty page. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on midasstraps.com including text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions is the intellectual property of MIDAS Watch Straps and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
Brand names including Audemars Piguet, Royal Oak Offshore and AP are the intellectual property of their respective owners. MIDAS uses these names solely to describe the compatibility of our aftermarket rubber straps with those watch models. We make no claim of affiliation with or endorsement by any watch manufacturer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIDAS Watch Straps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Disclaimer
Our website and products are provided on an as-is basis. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of compatibility information on our website, we cannot guarantee that our straps will be compatible with every individual watch configuration. If you are unsure whether a MIDAS strap is compatible with your specific Royal Oak Offshore model, please contact us before purchasing.
MIDAS is not responsible for any damage to your watch arising from incorrect installation of our straps. Please follow our installation guide carefully or have your strap fitted by a qualified watchmaker.
13. Governing law
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
